Senior🎓
Top SchoolAlex Mabry is a seasoned Software Development Engineer with 20+ years of experience building embedded systems, cloud platforms, and IoT applications from prototype to production. Currently at Adtran, he blends deep embedded C++ and RTOS expertise with modern cloud-native stacks (Node.js, AWS, TypeScript, GraphQL) to drive system architecture and migrations that improve developer velocity and product quality. He has led and scaled engineering teams, introduced agile practices that shortened release cycles, and served as a product-owner architect modernizing monolithic codebases into reusable libraries. Alex pairs hands-on implementation—having delivered performance-critical protocol improvements and machine-learning proof-of-concepts—with strategic thinking that aligns technical direction to business needs. Based in Huntsville, AL, he brings a practical cross-domain perspective spanning PCB design to serverless pipelines, and a track record of turning complex systems into maintainable, measurable value.
