Top SchoolAlex Michael is an experienced software leader and advisor with 14 years building web- and API-driven products, primarily in Python and JavaScript. He has led engineering teams from startup to exit—co-founding Plum (raising $18M+) and contributing to acquisitions at Supergreat and Tictail—while shipping end-to-end systems including payments, PMS/ledger, and FIX connectivity for retail finance. Comfortable spanning product, design, and customer support, he obsessively focuses on detail and user experience across conception, deployment, and monitoring. Based in Limassol, Cyprus and trained at Imperial College London, he combines hands-on coding with strategic tech direction and a knack for translating regulated financial requirements into usable consumer products.
