Top SchoolAlex Morozov is a seasoned software leader and Member of Technical Staff with 14 years of experience designing and delivering scalable web platforms, currently building multi-tiered Security Operations Center solutions at Arctic Wolf Networks. He blends hands-on Python/Django development and AWS-certified architecture with pragmatic DevOps, configuration management (Saltstack/Chef) and performance-minded multi-tier caching to ship reliable systems. As CTO of a travel company he architected a Django SOA, recruited and grew an agile team of 10, and drove a 5x business expansion while halving infrastructure costs. His background spans low-level systems and legacy migrations to modern web stacks—boosting analytics and computation speeds by an order of magnitude in past roles. He is adept at aligning product, growth and operational goals through data-driven KPIs, service design and SEO-aware web engineering. Based in Waterloo, Ontario, he favors collective ownership and measurable continuous improvement, often switching between coding and team leadership to unblock delivery.
