Top SchoolAlex Natskovich is an entrepreneur and seasoned software leader with 11+ years of experience building and scaling technology-driven businesses from the San Francisco Bay Area. As Founder & CEO of MEV, LLC, he evolved from hands-on engineer and principal architect into a strategic leader who bridges business and technology, shapes company vision, and builds high-performing teams that embed into client organizations. His background includes building high-performance, distributed systems and data mining infrastructure as an early engineer at Conductor, and practical product-driven engineering dating back to web and intranet systems development. Known for a solutions-first mindset, Alex prioritizes team empowerment and deep problem framing to turn ambiguous challenges into growth opportunities. He brings an uncommon mix of low-level technical rigor (multi-threaded systems, LAMP/Java stacks) and organizational design that helps clients align technology to business outcomes.
