Top SchoolAlex Nichols is a product operations and program management leader with nine years of experience helping high-growth engineering and product organizations bring clarity to planning, releases, and customer feedback. He has led and scaled fully remote product operations teams at GitHub, Eventbrite, and now Amazon Photos, often serving as a functional chief of staff to product leadership and owning semester-long planning, L&D, and portfolio program management. Alex is known for turning fast-moving, ambiguous initiatives into sustainable rhythms of work—designing GitHub’s first public product roadmap and public feedback channel are examples of his knack for building transparent systems. He combines hands-on delivery experience from early technical roles through senior product management at Microsoft with a calm, trust-based leadership style that stakeholders consistently praise. Open to full-time, part-time, or fractional roles, he also coaches product leaders on operational rigor and career growth informed by cross-company lessons.
