He has a deep background in ITSM and network topology discovery, having designed a five-layer security layer that addressed SQLi, CSRF, clickjacking, brute-force prevention, and real-time HTTP monitoring—an uncommon blend of web app and low-level network security expertise. Alex moves fluidly between hands-on development and architecture, leading teams at companies like SolarWinds/Samanage, Viably, and Clarity while also lecturing on React, Redux, and asynchronous JavaScript.
