Top SchoolAlex Paramonov is a senior software engineer and architect based in Porto with six years in senior roles and over a decade of hands-on systems experience. He builds high-performance backend systems from first principles—authoring custom multithreaded HTTP servers, a Postgres connector with notifications, an in-memory data format, and a performant ORM—while also designing queue-based workflows and plugin-enabled packaging compatible with modern JS stacks. His background spans banking-grade DBA and ETL work to leading core infrastructure at Datagrok, giving him a rare blend of data-centric architecture and production systems engineering. Known for creative problem solving, he pairs deep low-level engineering with an eye for extensible platform design and practical business-process integration.
