Top SchoolAlex Pavlov is a Senior Front-end and React Native developer with 9 years of experience building cross-platform web and mobile applications from Tbilisi, Georgia. He has led front-end efforts at companies like OCS Distribution and Social Discovery Ventures, delivering features for corporate chat, enterprise apps, and a company storefront while managing small teams. Alex solved a notable technical challenge by implementing native NTLM authorization bridges for both iOS (Swift) and Android (Java), demonstrating deep cross-platform and native interoperability skills. He has contributed to large open-source projects (Rocket.Chat) with security, performance, and CI/CD improvements and authored public-facing technical writing on those efforts. Comfortable across React, React Native, Cypress e2e testing, and native mobile development, he blends hands-on coding with hiring and engineering process work. Early experience in security administration and building internal tooling shows he values practical, reliable solutions that scale in real organizations.
