Top SchoolAlex Perusse is a data and analytics leader with a decade of experience translating complex data into actionable strategy for mission-driven organizations, currently serving as Marketing & Development Data Analyst & Project Manager at the Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee while founding and leading Anima Insights. He blends hands-on data science, BI and cloud engineering—building forecasting models, Power BI suites used by hundreds, and production ML pipelines on AWS and Azure—to drive measurable growth in fundraising, recruitment, and audience development. Alex has repeatedly turned sparse resources into scalable systems, from tripling performing-arts attendance and growing an artist’s audience 167% in a month to automating workflows that saved hundreds of human hours. Comfortable at the intersection of analytics and storytelling, he designs financial models and equity structures that align creative collaborators and institutional stakeholders. Based in Seattle with a BA in Mathematics from Reed College, he brings nonprofit sensibility and consultancy rigor to clients aiming to grow movements and make an impact.
