Top SchoolAlex Powell is a seasoned Project Manager and commercial leader with over 10 years’ experience delivering complex telecommunications and production projects across RAN, backhaul, core and operations systems. A PRINCE2® Practitioner with a strong legal and commercial background, he has negotiated contracts with major operators and overseen multi-discipline teams from engineering to installations, consistently delivering high-quality products on time and on budget. His career spans hands-on production engineering through senior commercial management, giving him a rare combination of shop‑floor process improvement (concurrent engineering, ISO9001) and board-level risk oversight. Currently managing projects at Arqiva, Alex is equally comfortable translating technical requirements into deployable solutions and resolving contractual risk, and he’s known for finding practical supply‑chain wins such as sourcing critical components internationally.
