Senior🎓
Top SchoolAlex Ragalie is a freelance Senior Software Engineer and Systems Architect based in Zurich with over eight years building secure, high-throughput platforms for startups, defense organizations, and consumer products. A former CTO and founder, he blends hands‑on backend and systems programming—favoring Rust—with full‑stack proficiency in TypeScript/React and deep experience on GCP/AWS serverless, IaC and database design. He has led engineering and product teams in web2, web3 and high‑security environments, shipping low‑latency radar and real‑time data systems as well as monetization platforms for creators. Alex combines a language‑agnostic pragmatism with a preference for memory‑safe, statically typed tooling, and mentors engineers one‑on‑one while consulting at FAANG‑level freelance rates. Notably, he’s comfortable operating inside military‑grade networks and also scaling commercial SaaS products used by national sports federations.
