Top SchoolAlex Rambau is an experienced IT leader and hands-on technologist with 11+ years managing enterprise IT, cloud migrations, software development and business intelligence across manufacturing, services and SMB clients. As IT & Administration Manager at Western Guaranty Fund Services and former IT Development & Deployment Manager at Wagner Equipment, he has led hundreds of concurrent projects, overseen multi-million dollar budgets and negotiated major vendor agreements. He founded StormingBrain Technologies to deliver scalable, niche solutions—ranging from an e‑sports tournament platform to mobile kiosks and multilingual dispatch systems—illustrating his knack for productizing custom software. Alex combines operational discipline (SDLC, IT governance, disaster recovery) with deep technical fluency in databases, scripting and enterprise integrations, enabling teams to scale without proportional headcount increases. Based in Aurora, IL, he pairs a finance/accounting background (BS, cum laude) with IT stewardship, often translating business requirements into automated systems that reduce manual overhead. Colleagues describe him as a pragmatic builder who revives stalled initiatives and turns complex operations into repeatable, measurable processes.
