Top SchoolAlex Robenko is a Senior Software Engineer with over a decade of experience designing and delivering safety- and mission-critical embedded systems, currently driving development at Leica Geosystems in Brisbane. He specializes in low-level C, C++ (including C++11/14/17), and assembler, with deep familiarity with STL, Boost, OS concepts, custom Linux builds, and device drivers. His background spans virtualization, binary translation, emulation, dynamic optimization, and high-performance client-server and database systems, reflecting both systems- and application-level expertise. Alex has hands-on experience with full SDLC, requirements engineering, and ISO-aligned quality and project processes, making him adept at turning complex specifications into auditable, reliable products. A Technion-trained computer scientist, he brings Intel-era systems engineering pedigree combined with long-term embedded product delivery at multiple companies. Notably, he has implemented mini-OS and low-level tooling work that underpins robust, performance-critical platforms rather than just application features.
