Senior🎓
Top SchoolAlex Roussanov is a pragmatic Python software engineer with a decade of experience building reliable infrastructure and automation for AI, telecom, and fintech systems. Currently architecting LLM agent platforms in Dubai, he has driven measurable impact—boosting content throughput 120% and improving cross-team efficiency by 30%—while ensuring cost-effective, observable deployments across VPS environments. His background spans embedded and algorithmic work (C/C++) to CI/CD and distributed backend testing, giving him a rare blend of low-level rigor and production-grade orchestration. He has repeatedly translated regulatory and operational constraints into resilient transaction logic and deployment practices, and he pairs that with hands-on ML training from Yandex School of Data Analysis. Colleagues rely on him to turn ambiguous, high-impact projects into repeatable systems that balance performance, observability, and maintainability.
