Top SchoolAlex Rowley is a DevOps-focused infrastructure leader with 13 years of experience designing and operating cloud-native platforms and building DevOps culture across distributed teams. Currently a Company Director and Staff Infrastructure Engineer at Paperless Post, he has led Kubernetes migrations, implemented GitOps, and rebuilt metrics stacks while mentoring engineers on operability and collaboration. His background spans infrastructure architecture, automation (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef), observability (ELK, Grafana, Zabbix), and multi-cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, OpenStack). Alex pairs hands-on scripting (Bash, Python, Ruby) with a preference for people-first technical decisions, and he has a track record of moving legacy systems to resilient, automated platforms. Notably, he blends leadership and deep technical craft—comfortable resolving 4am incidents yet focused on enabling teams through better communication and tooling.
