Top SchoolAlex Sarafian is a solutions architect and engineering leader with over a decade of experience designing and delivering SaaS and on-premise systems across Azure and hybrid landscapes. He has led distributed teams spanning five countries, driven DevOps transformations, and balanced hands-on architecture with people management and hiring/budget responsibilities. His career blends platform-level work—microservices, ESBs, Azure Monitoring, Dynatrace—and pragmatic product ownership, having steered commercial touchpoints for airlines and large-scale transport back-office systems. Based in Antwerp, he pairs a mathematics and informatics background with a knack for connecting business needs to technical solutions and for shifting legacy environments toward automated, cloud-native delivery. An uncommon strength is his simultaneous fluency in technical details (C#, .NET, PowerShell) and organizational change—making him effective both in pre-sales solution design and in day-to-day operational excellence.
