SeniorAlex Shore is a seasoned software leader and chief architect with 9 years of senior-executive experience and a 30+-year engineering pedigree, currently leading architecture at Aristocrat from Denver. He has founded and CTO'd startups that built patented blockchain-based cashless systems for casinos and a celebrity fan-engagement mobile app, combining product vision with hands-on cloud, mobile, and enterprise integration expertise. Alex blends startup grit and corporate delivery—implementing scalable Azure and .NET platforms, SAFe at scale, and mobile-first consumer experiences—while navigating regulated payments and gaming environments.
