Top SchoolAlex Tatulchenkov is a Technical Lead and Enterprise Web Defender with 12 years of hands-on experience securing complex web applications and embedding AppSec into fast-moving SDLCs. He has a track record of reducing critical and high-severity vulnerabilities through threat modeling, advanced pentesting, and automation of SAST/DAST and WAF controls within CI/CD pipelines. A former CTO and co-founder, he pairs leadership and mentorship with deep practical experience in PHP, custom frameworks and product-focused engineering from freelance and startup work. Based in Krakow, he brings a pragmatic DevSecOps mindset—balancing developer velocity and rigorous security—and has repeatedly translated security findings into measurable business continuity improvements. An often-overlooked strength is his background in low-level process engineering, which informs his methodical approach to root-cause analysis and resilient architecture.
