Top SchoolAlex Velazquez is a software engineer and full-time mentor who leverages 12 years of industry experience — including a decade at Google as a Staff Engineer leading 100+ technical interviews and serving on the Early Career Hiring Committee — to help new grads land roles at top tech companies. He combines practical systems experience in search ads quality and a background in networking, storage, and cloud architecture with hands-on hiring insights from Google, Microsoft, and IBM. Founder of Next Offer (Work With Alex V), he offers resume revamps, mock interviews, and personalized job search strategies that prioritize impact over brute-force LeetCode.
