SeniorAlex Verboon is a seasoned technology and security leader based in Switzerland, serving as CTO and Principal Cyber Security Consultant with a four-decade span in IT and a decade focused on security consulting and leadership. He specializes in designing and operationalizing Microsoft security ecosystems—Microsoft Defender suite and Sentinel—while leading security practice development, service design, and C-level advisory for enterprise customers. Alex combines deep hands-on skills in KQL and PowerShell with a background in large-scale workplace and client management (Windows 10, ConfigMgr, Office 365) from roles at Swiss Re, HP and Compaq.
