Senior🎓
Top SchoolAlex Werner is a software engineer and technical leader with 12 years of experience building scalable, dockerized microservices, blockchain integrations, and auditable production systems across startups and large organizations. He has driven engineering strategy and product-specification work as Head of Engineering and Chief Innovation Officer, and led core development for Dash Core Group where he authored key JS libraries, helped define DAPI/DashPay, and is credited on a pending blockchain-related patent. Comfortable across Node.js, React/React Native, Go and cloud infrastructures, he blends hands-on implementation with strong documentation, testing and developer-experience practices so code remains easy to onboard and audit. He’s successfully bootstrapped protocols (JMES Protocol), tokenomics and Web3 libraries, and often serves as a public technical spokesperson for DAOs and crypto communities. A fast learner who thrives under tight deadlines and frequent context switching, he pairs deep R&D instincts with pragmatic product delivery.
