Top SchoolAlex Zogheb is a senior technology leader and acting CTO with 10+ years of experience building agentic AI, data platforms, and high-trust engineering organizations across startups and enterprise. Currently leading technology at a 50-person SaaS (CoPilot AI), he standardized an AI stack on LangGraph/LangChain/LangSmith, launched HubSpot-native CRM integrations that opened new ARR streams, and established a self-serve data & insights function. He has consistently scaled teams and practices—from founding Zapier’s Developer Experience function and driving org-wide architecture work to leading 80-person distributed engineering organizations at EA—while retaining hands-on craft, shipping Next.js/Vercel products and prototype agents himself. Alex is fluent at converting LLM capability into dependable product experiences, institutionalizing rapid agent prototyping and automated prompt regression testing. Not obvious from job titles: he pairs CTO-level strategy with direct IC impact, curating internal curricula and tooling so engineers can deploy agents in days, not weeks. Based in British Columbia, he blends platform-level thinking with proven execution in AI productization and org design.
