Senior🎓
Top SchoolAlexander Brown is a Platform Engineer with a decade of experience building and supporting enterprise software, BI solutions, and platform services across finance, insurance, and manufacturing clients in the UK. He has a strong Java and SQL background supplemented by C#, JavaScript and Node.js, and has driven full lifecycle projects from legacy system migrations to OLAP-driven BI reporting. At Meridian IT and Ralph Lauren he combined hands-on ETL/SSIS work, complex T-SQL and DB2 web query reporting with enterprise Java development, often as the sole technical lead on client engagements. A proponent of Agile, XP and TDD, he earned a First Class BSc and an MSc in Computer Science and won the BCS Innovation Award for Scrum leadership and process-driven delivery. Practical, detail-oriented and comfortable operating across platform, application and data layers, he brings both operational support experience and hands-on delivery to platform engineering challenges.
