👤
SeniorAlexander Campos is a seasoned technology executive and CTO with over 20 years of experience building and scaling engineering, security, data and infrastructure teams across e-commerce, logistics, finance and travel. He has led architecture transformations from monoliths to service-oriented designs, established IT areas (Engineering, Service Desk, DBs) from scratch, and delivered resilient AWS-based SaaS platforms with strong SLAs in M&A contexts. Known for cutting costs while boosting agility—once reducing infrastructure costs to zero for two years via cloud incentives—he combines hands-on technical depth with strategic budget and portfolio management. A strong communicator and negotiator, he routinely aligns cross-functional product, UX and operations teams to accelerate delivery under tight deadlines. Based in São Paulo, he thrives on turning complex technical challenges into commercially successful, operationalized solutions.
