Senior🎓
Top SchoolAlexander Fradiani is a Senior Full Stack Engineer with over a decade of hands-on experience building web and mobile solutions, currently helping regulated organizations adopt enterprise AI at basebox. He has a strong track record as a startup co-founder and small-business CTO, scaled products at Rootstrap across hundreds of projects, and has participated in 100+ engagements spanning prototyping to production. Comfortable across the stack, Alexander pairs systems engineering roots with practical product ownership, having paused to build semi-automated FX trading systems and later returning to ship customer-facing software. Based in Madrid, he also runs Alex Frad Productions and brings a creative edge—publishing fiction and developing trans-media music experiences—that informs his approach to user-centric design and storytelling in tech.
