Alex Glenn
Summary
👤
SeniorAlexander Glenn is an engineering manager with 11 years of experience building and scaling product-focused teams, currently leading engineering efforts at Spotify from Rocky River, Ohio. He has a strong mobile and audio-platform background from a decade at Findaway, where he shipped consumer apps, an AudioEngine SDK, and a rapid-turnaround Duobook feature that bridged audiobook and ebook experiences. Known for turning prototypes into shipped products quickly, he blends hands-on development experience with people leadership to keep teams shipping reliably. He brings a pragmatic, product-minded approach to technical decisions informed by a BS in Computer Engineering from Purdue. Not obvious at first glance: he’s comfortable working across low-level playback systems and high-level product delivery, bridging embedded, SDK, and app-level concerns.
