Senior🎓
Top SchoolAlexander Ilyushkin is a Senior Java Software Engineer with 11 years of hands-on experience building and scaling test automation and microservice-based systems, currently focused on data anonymization and platform reliability. He combines deep QA and DevOps expertise—designing CI/CD pipelines, Robot Framework and Jinja2-based test frameworks, and moving multiple repos into mono-repositories—with strong Java/Spring microservices development across databases and messaging systems. At Nexign he led a shift to parallelized, branch-level automated testing that cut regression feedback time by roughly 70%, and at Innotech he improved local dev ergonomics and optimized anonymization algorithms for real-world DB integrations. Comfortable organizing QA teams, specifying testing strategy from scratch, and collaborating directly with product and client support, he also maintains an active curiosity about modern workflows and tooling. He reads technical literature and follows industry forums to stay current, and his intermediate English enables effective participation in technical discussions and conference content.
