Senior🎓
Top SchoolAlexander Ivanov is a technical founder and seasoned engineering leader with 12 years of experience building resilient, scalable systems across web, native, and backend platforms. As Founder & Technical Director of kurabia and former CTO at Luckbox and GosuGamers, he has grown engineering teams from zero to dozens while owning architecture, infrastructure, security, and compliance for high-availability platforms. He blends hands-on product engineering with executive strategy—shipping cloud-native frameworks, internal tooling, and game prototypes while embedding ISO27001/GDPR and AML controls into operational workflows. Comfortable in both early-stage chaos and large-scale operations, he mentors engineers and designs healthy, long-lived engineering cultures. An advocate for open source and thoughtful tooling, he has released browser-based 3D CAD, productivity platforms, and a full-stack cloud-native app framework that reflect a systems-first approach. Based in Sofia, he pairs deep technical craft with cross-disciplinary experience in compliance and product strategy, making technical decisions that balance innovation, risk, and long-term maintainability.
