Top SchoolAlexander Lebedev is an engineering lead based in Stockholm with 11 years of experience building and scaling frontend teams and products. He has repeatedly modernized stacks and delivery—migrating legacy frontends to React/TypeScript, creating reusable UI libraries, and introducing automated e2e and QA-driven build-test cycles. As a hands-on manager he’s hired and mentored engineers into team leads and senior roles, cut development cycles 3x, and instituted practical processes for managing technical debt without blocking feature work. His background spans web, mobile (React Native, Cordova), and full-product ownership from prototype to production across fintech and SaaS domains. Known for turning early frontend efforts into self-sufficient teams and shared platforms, he combines deep frontend craft with strong operational delivery.
