Top SchoolAlexander Lester is a freelance iOS developer with nine years of hands-on experience turning ideas into production apps and services. Based in Rochester, Michigan, he combines deep Swift/iOS expertise with backend know-how—having built REST APIs, migrated services to AWS Lambda, and implemented payment and communication integrations like Stripe and Twilio. He’s shipped end-to-end products across domains from carpooling and music streaming to custom WebKit solutions, and created a multi-waypoint route-matching algorithm that reflects his aptitude for practical problem-solving. Clients value his clear communication, project management experience, and ability to strategically delegate to deliver high-quality, iterated MVPs. Less obvious: his background includes hardware-adjacent work (Arduino) and automated metadata pipelines, showing a knack for bridging platform boundaries to accelerate product delivery.
