Top SchoolAlexander Lolis is a seasoned technology leader and CTO with 13 years of experience designing systems, products, and teams that help companies punch above their weight. Based in Limassol, Cyprus, he has progressed from early embedded systems and high-stakes support engineering to founding startups and leading engineering at Rapiddot Hosting Services since 2014. He combines hands-on engineering (including early Clojure backend work on a bitcoin explorer) with product-minded leadership, shipping scalable web platforms and APIs used by partners such as DuckDuckGo. Comfortable in both client-facing and deep-technical roles, he has shepherded projects from prototype to production and learned the hard lessons of startup product-market fit. Known for pragmatic problem-solving under pressure, he balances engineering craft with team development and operational reliability.
