Summary
👤
SeniorAlexander Lukianchuk is a founder and CTO with 11+ years of hands-on engineering and 15+ years of product and leadership experience building fintech, trading, hospitality, and real estate platforms. He co-founded a Y Combinator-backed neobank that raised $12.5M and served 10,000+ customers, led the US launch for N26, and has deep experience delivering regulated, compliant financial systems and cloud-native architectures. Currently building an agentic AI engineering platform that generates custom operating systems from institutional knowledge, he has productionized multiple AI-driven systems and is preparing R&D expansion into Europe. Pragmatic and people-first, he scales teams and processes with flat structures, end-to-end ownership, and a focus on leverage over headcount. Technically fluent across Kotlin, Elixir, JVM ecosystems, AWS/Terraform and security/compliance stacks, he blends product-first UX sensibility with rigorous engineering discipline. An Entrepreneur Visa holder in the UAE, he often bridges startups and enterprise through fractional CTO engagements across UK, Africa, and the Middle East.
