Senior🎓
Top SchoolAlexander Mamaev is an experienced contracts and subcontracts professional with over 10 years managing complex procurement, subcontract administration, and hand-over processes across Europe, the USA, and former USSR regions. As Co-Owner of a Slovenian eco-tourism and charter company, he blends commercial oversight, supply-chain procurement, and financial management with hands-on maintenance planning for maritime assets. His background includes senior roles at Raytheon and Technip where he led teams, mentored staff, and ran full subcontract lifecycles including supplier qualification, RFPs, cost analysis, and closeouts. Comfortable operating at the intersection of operations, legal contracting, and on-site problem solving, he has repeatedly stabilized supply chains in challenging project environments. Unusually for someone with a procurement and security foundation, he also identifies as a machine learning enthusiast on GitHub, hinting at a curiosity for technical disciplines beyond contracting. Based in Ljubljana, he brings pragmatic leadership, cross-cultural experience, and a track record of turning contractual complexity into auditable, executable work plans.
