Senior🎓
Top SchoolAlexander Marinov is a Technical Lead Engineer and serial CTO with 11+ years of experience building production-grade software, machine learning, and computer vision systems across startups and enterprise clients. He combines hands-on expertise in software architecture, functional programming, and big-data pipelines with practical ML skills (PySpark, Kafka, ElasticSearch) to deliver scalable video and image-processing solutions. Currently leading engineering at Rent. and driving product innovation at Intelibo, he has a track record of managing delivery for large, complex deals and leading small cross-functional teams from design to deployment. Academically grounded—pursuing a PhD in Computer Vision and holding an MS in AI—he translates research into applied gesture-recognition and vision products. Comfortable across languages (Java, C/C++, Python, JS) and platforms (Android, Node.js, Linux), he bridges research, architecture, and pragmatic engineering. Notably, his background in applied mathematics and early consulting roots give him a rare mix of formal algorithmic depth and product-focused delivery.
