Top SchoolAlexander Metrocavich is a Senior Specialist Solutions Architect with 12 years of experience designing and delivering cloud-native, Kubernetes-driven microservice platforms for enterprise SaaS and large-scale data migrations. Based in New York, he has led cloud migrations of multi-petabyte data lakes to AWS, built automated infrastructure-as-code pipelines, and implemented secure API delivery patterns using EKS, Gloo Mesh, ArgoCD, Tekton and Terraform. At companies like Evernorth, Cigna and now Databricks he’s combined hands-on engineering with strategic architecture to streamline developer workflows, accelerate time-to-market, and enforce governance and security at scale. He’s particularly skilled at marrying next-generation networking and identity patterns (Palo Alto gateways, VPC PrivateLink, API Gateway Lambda authorizers) to enable sensitive data flows and role-based access across hybrid environments. Known for pragmatic, repeatable patterns, he often translates complex migrations into extensible, auditable automation that internal teams can consume and evolve.
