Top SchoolAlexander Nazarovsky is a Lead Engineer with 11+ years of experience specializing in DSP, metrology and measurement systems for power and telecommunications applications. He has designed algorithms and models for PMUs, SAMUs, power quality analyzers (IEC 61000-4-30 class A) and Ethernet latency/traffic analysis tools, coupling deep signal-processing knowledge with hands-on Matlab/Simulink, C/C++ and Python implementation. His background in radiophysics and a PhD in Telecommunications underpin strong numerical-methods, filter design and metrological testing skills, while regular work with standards (IEC, IEEE, GOST) and calibration shows his attention to regulatory rigor. Comfortable bridging hardware and software, he also brings practical IT and cybersecurity experience from earlier roles, enabling rapid diagnostic and integration work across teams. An inquisitive engineer who jokes “Trust me!” on GitHub, he combines a research mindset with pragmatic delivery of measurement-grade systems.
