Senior🎓
Top SchoolAlexander Ramin is a Senior Engineer with 11 years of experience building backend and identity systems and currently contributing at Fever from Madrid. He blends hands-on engineering—microservices, Java, Ruby, and full-stack patterns—with leadership experience migrating legacy account systems and managing Account & Identity teams. As an Engineering Manager he prioritises human factors, treating communication, motivation, and shared purpose as core technical risks. Studying Psychology and Counselling alongside his technical career, he brings deliberate insight into team dynamics to reduce friction and accelerate delivery. Comfortable in greenfield redesigns and technical-debt remediation, he pairs rigorous engineering practice with an uncommon focus on how people create great software together.
