Top SchoolAlexander Romano is a founder and principal strategist with 15+ years of front-end development and 11 years of professional experience building WordPress-native tech stacks, AI-powered automations, and behaviour-driven analytics for service-based teams. He leads Virtually(Creative), turning messy operations into scalable, accessible digital ecosystems—automating onboarding, building internal tools that reclaim hundreds of hours per month, and driving measurable inbound growth for clients. Formerly a manager of a large international front-end team and a hands-on developer at organizations like SickKids and Cyclica, he combines people-first management with deep technical craft across LAMP/MExN stacks, headless WordPress, Zapier/Make, and OpenAI integrations. Unusually, he pairs WCAG/AODA accessibility expertise with a knack for translating complex technical systems into plain English and memorable metaphors, making strategy practical and adoption painless. Based in Toronto, he thrives with founders and agencies who want bold design thinking without the bloated blueprint—co-architecting solutions that keep the brand human while the backend sings.
