Senior🎓
Top SchoolAlexander Shaubert is a Director of Engineering specializing in mobile and web platforms with over a decade of hands-on Android experience, currently leading mobile architecture at a fintech neobank whose Android app exceeds 5M downloads. He built teams, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and security components from the ground up, scaling from a single engineer to managing two distributed Android teams across Europe and Asia. Deeply experienced in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, MVVM and Clean Architecture, he pairs product-minded pragmatism with a quality-first engineering culture and end-to-end ownership. Comfortable in high-pressure, iterative environments, he mentors engineers, improves hiring/onboarding, and balances MVP delivery with long-term technical roadmaps. An early career contributor to multiple banking and consumer apps, he also designed UX and growth-driven features that moved metrics, demonstrating a rare blend of architecture, hands-on coding and product intuition.
