Summary
🤩
RockstarAlexander Stock is a customer-focused community and service representative with two years of experience in open-source project management and a broader background across sales roles in manufacturing, office furnishings, and logistics. Based in Chemnitz, he blends practical sales know-how with a user-centric approach to support and grow community engagement for OpenProject. His career shows a pattern of translating technical and industry-specific needs into lasting client relationships built on trust, openness, and mutual value. Comfortable moving between product support, customer success and sales, he leverages cross-industry insights to help teams identify pragmatic next steps and improve collaboration. An unexpected strength is his ability to bridge engineering-minded teams and non-technical stakeholders, gained from early roles in vehicle and equipment industries.
