SeniorAlexander Syrtsev is a seasoned full-stack software developer with 10 years of experience, currently building .NET-based solutions at Developer Express in Yerevan. He specializes in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Blazor, EF Core and MS SQL, delivering end-to-end web applications from database schema to interactive UIs. Comfortable across backend and frontend boundaries, he combines pragmatic engineering with a focus on maintainable, data-driven systems. A graduate in Computer Programming from ITMO University, he brings both formal training and a decade of hands-on product development to complex enterprise projects.
