Top SchoolAlexandre Bernardino is a Lisbon-based lawyer with 19 years of professional experience who combines legal practice with hands-on entrepreneurship as the current manager of Restaurante Village Palma. A 1999 law graduate from PUC/SP, he spent seven years in the São Paulo Civil Police working primarily in the Delegacia de Defesa da Mulher, giving him deep experience in investigative and victim-centered legal work. Since 2018 he has practiced autonomously, applying his judicial and procedural knowledge to private clients while running a hospitality business. Beyond law, he has contributed to open-source robotics software by developing a Windows native sound acquisition driver for the YARP project, demonstrating technical versatility and practical engineering skills not obvious from his legal background. This blend of legal acumen, investigative experience, small-business leadership, and technical contribution makes him adept at navigating complex, multidisciplinary challenges.
