Top SchoolAlexandre Colucci is a hands-on CTO and engineering leader with over a decade of experience building end-to-end products that span firmware, hardware, native apps, and cloud backends. He has led cross-functional teams to ship award-winning consumer and creator-focused products—most notably Stream Deck and multiple Elgato/Eve smart home ecosystems—combining low-level C++/firmware work with modern SwiftUI/Kotlin mobile frontends and scalable cloud architecture. As a founder and director he hires and mentors teams, defines roadmaps, and drives security, compliance, and developer ecosystems including SDKs and third-party integrations. He has deep expertise in HomeKit, Matter, and subscription/mobile ecosystems, and a proven track record of shepherding products from prototyping to market and acquisition. Based in Munich, he maintains a long-running personal portfolio of macOS and iOS apps (several Apple-featured) that reflect a persistent maker mindset and attention to UX. This blend of pragmatic engineering and product-first leadership makes him adept at turning complex hardware-software challenges into polished customer experiences.
