Senior🎓
Top SchoolAlexandre Costa is a senior engineering manager and domain architect with 10+ years building global platforms and scaling cross-functional teams, now leading engineering at Cloudflare and advising startups on architecture and ways of working. He has a strong track record delivering identity and feature-management platforms at PMI and FARFETCH that improved DORA metrics, enabled self-service for product teams, and met complex regulatory needs across 70+ markets. Comfortable at the intersection of architecture, platform thinking and people leadership, he routinely coaches managers, shapes governance, and drives outcome-focused delivery. Outside work he’s a voracious reader (150+ books) and a scuba diver whose practice of deep diving informs a calm, long-term approach also reflected in his personal investing since 2017.
