Summary
🤩
RockstarAlexandre De Queiroz is a Technical Lead Software Engineer with over 20 years of hands-on experience architecting and delivering Java-based, cloud-native and reactive systems across finance, healthcare, e‑commerce and instrumentation. He blends deep backend expertise (Spring Boot, RxJava, Kafka, Hystrix, JPA/Hibernate) with full‑stack skills and CI/CD practice, routinely turning PoCs into scalable microservices deployed via Docker, Kubernetes and AWS. Known for boosting performance (e.g., 200%+ improvements on critical Spring Boot services) and automating delivery pipelines, he also mentors teams, drives architecture decisions and codifies best practices. Comfortable across many databases and messaging stacks, he pairs pragmatic problem‑solving with formal modeling (UML, ER) and a TDD mindset. Based in Sabadell, Spain, Alexandre’s uncommon strength is combining low‑level concurrency and multithreading know‑how with high‑level system design to ship robust, production-grade distributed systems.
