Top SchoolAlexandre Leal is an Information Technology Specialist with nine years of experience building and deploying high-scalability full-stack systems, currently driving production work at Inter after a multi-year tenure at B2W Digital. A technology-agnostic engineer and founder-minded builder, he has led startups and consulted through Konoha Tech while applying software architecture and ML/recommender expertise from earlier CTO roles. He pairs pragmatic engineering—shipping systems from zero to production—with a collaborative, ego-free approach that prioritizes sustainable business goals and team chemistry. Based in Rio de Janeiro with a background in Control and Automation Engineering and postgraduate software architecture studies, he brings a curious maker’s spirit evident in hobbies from instrument building to ethical hacking. Notably, he has already built an acoustic guitar from scratch and recorded his first solo song, signaling the hands-on creativity he brings to technical challenges.
