Top SchoolAlexandre Lemaire is a customer experience and strategic projects leader with 13 years shaping live sports and entertainment moments, currently directing fan experience for the Formula 1 Grand Prix du Canada. He blends strategy, execution, and human-centered design to align cross-functional teams and translate vision into tangible, revenue-driving touchpoints across apps, merchandise, websites and onsite services. Comfortable switching between high-level program ownership and hands-on operational roles (including interim oversight of food services), he focuses on consistent, measurable improvements to the spectator journey. His background in marketing and international business (Esade; Smith School of Business) informs a data-driven yet empathy-led approach to engagement and brand experience. A former scrum/product-minded technologist who reviews code and architects solutions, he brings an uncommon mix of product rigor and live-event operations. He’s passionate about building belonging through shared experiences and is open to conversations on CX, innovation, and leadership in sports.
