Senior🎓
Top SchoolAlexandru Arnăutu is a full stack engineer with a decade of professional experience and over five years focused on building high-performance web and mobile applications used by millions. He blends front-end expertise in React/React Native, TypeScript and Redux with backend Python/Django and PostgreSQL, and routinely architects sync and caching solutions to improve performance and cut infrastructure costs. Alexandru has shipped production-grade features for large classifieds and real-estate platforms (OLX, Bayut) including chat infrastructure, one-way database syncs, and CI/CD pipelines while maintaining high test coverage. As a former team lead and ongoing freelance engineer, he pairs hands-on coding with people-management instincts to deliver MVPs quickly and scale them reliably. Comfortable across Firebase, GCP, AWS and mobile release tooling, he prefers remote roles and is motivated by practical engineering craftsmanship rather than hype. An understated strength is his knack for migrating complex type systems and state models (Flow → TypeScript, Redux migrations) to reduce technical friction in fast-moving products.
