Senior🎓
Top SchoolAlexandru Bolboaca is a seasoned CTO and digital portfolio leader with over two decades of hands-on programming and 14 years in senior roles, blending deep software architecture expertise (microservices, cloud-native, event-driven, hexagonal) with product strategy and continuous delivery. He advises and trains teams across Europe to improve product roadmaps, architecture for changeability, and cross-functional agility, while leading technical transformations at both team and organizational levels. A practitioner of software craft, secure development and advanced practices like TDD and pair programming, he still works on-the-job with teams to embed lasting capabilities. He volunteers as a meetup facilitator and speaker—having run the first Code Retreat outside the US in 2009—and is a published author ("Debunking C++ myths"), demonstrating a rare mix of practitioner rigor, teaching skill and strategic perspective.
