Senior🎓
Top SchoolAlexandru Dejanu is a Site Reliability Engineer with 10 years of experience building and operating cloud-native platforms across banking, telecom, and enterprise sectors from Bucharest. He has driven SRE practices and CI/CD automation at firms like Systematic and Deutsche Bank, working extensively with Kubernetes/OpenShift, Python/Go, Ansible, Prometheus and ELK to improve service-level metrics and resilience. Comfortable moving between hands-on automation and platform design, he repeatedly shipped POCs and pipeline improvements that reduced toil and sped releases in regulated environments. His background in embedded and automotive validation early in his career lends him a methodical, test-first approach to observability and incident work. Colleagues would describe him as a pragmatic generalist—“jack of all trades”—who leverages broad tool fluency to pick the right technology for each reliability problem. He is currently advancing SRE initiatives at Alchemy while continuing to explore platform optimizations and production-grade deployments.
